Preparation Steps

1¼ lb (600g) clean silverside fish, tail and head removed
1 packet Natural Gourmet Ceviche Mix (Rocoto Chili or Yellow Chili flavor)
9 oz (260ml) cold water
2 tablespoons chopped
cilantro

In a bowl, mix the Natural Gourmet Ceviche Mix with 9 oz (260ml) of cold water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Thinly slice the silverside fish and lay the pieces evenly in a dish or tray.
Pour the prepared ceviche juice over the fish slices and let marinate for 3
minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as an appetizer or light entrée. Can be paired with sweet potatoes, corn, or a refreshing drink for a complete Peruvian experience.
