1 banana
4–6 strawberries (Substitute with blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries if preferred)
2 cups of milk (Regular, vanilla-flavoured, soy, almond, or your choice of plant-based milk)
1 teaspoon maca powder

Add the maca powder, banana, berries, and milk to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
